LEGO 12V 7866 Remote Controlled Road Crossing Level crossing With box

  
Set is complete with box, instructions and minifigures. Set was built to check completeness. I tested this the gates go up and down and the lights come on. The lights do not blink I believe they were supposed to. I attached a video of it working. The 12V transformer shown in the video is not included.
