The light oak veneer has seen some sun and has some raised grain, so it is not perfect. It has some staining also as seen in the pictures. From 3+ feet away finish imperfections aren't too noticeable, mostly felt by running your hand over the veneer. The dark brown grills are in great shape.

They really are in decent condition for their age, I tend to be a bit critical. With some furniture polish/oil and some steel wool, you may be able to make some improvement that I haven't had the time to do. What is BETTER than their age is the sound quality. These speakers function like new. The woofer's surrounds have been replaced and are in great shape. This is the earlier model that has the tweeter control, which I find useful. I modified the internal damping by removing some of the fiberglass insulation and replacing it with polyfill, a newer practice than when they were made. I have used Deoxit on the circuit breakers and the tweeter controls and they work like a champ. Imaging and detail are terrific on these speakers. Size approx 8" W x 8" D x 14 H.
